This industry-independent certification is aimed at experienced project, program, and portfolio managers with many years of experience in complex projects, programs, or portfolios.

The course teaches project management skills in accordance with IPMA guidelines. During the training, you will learn the most important concepts, methods, and tools for successfully planning, executing, and completing projects.

The goal is to become a Certified Senior Project/Program/Portfolio Manager (IPMA^® Level B).

The course fees include coaching on preparing project documentation, including application, executive summary report, project/portfolio/programme report, and interview training.

You will receive a discount on the course fees if at least two participants from the same company register for the same course variant. The evening course is excluded from this discount. Certification fees are not included in the course fees.
