The course teaches the basics of project management according to the guidelines of the IPMA (International Project Management Association). You will learn the most important concepts, methods and project management tools for successfully planning, implementing and completing projects.

After 6 days of training (face-to-face and online live lessons), you will have understood the 28 competence elements of ICB4 under the guidance of Andreas Brauchle, trainer and coach, and will be able to apply them in practice. You will be able to explain and apply relevant project management methods, recognize correlations and derive the right measures. You will understand the language of project management. With the e-learning version, you determine your own learning pace.

However, if you decide to take the certification at a later date, you will be well prepared for the exam. Nothing stands in the way of registering for the IPMA Level D or Project Manager SIZ I/II exam.
